Hey again!
I actually did this a couple days ago. I was inspired by the MAC Hey, Sailor! line. In the picture you may not be able to tell, but the stripes are actually navy blue. I made the stripes with tape that I put the navy blue nail polish over. All in all, it was actually really easy to do. The only problem I had was cutting the stripes to the same size. I learned how to do the stickers on thebeautydepartment.com. Be sure to check them out because they have a ton of great manicures and hair tutorials.
